Get Addicted Fitness and Personal Training was established in 2006 and is a Fitness Australia Business Member. We are innovative, creative and challenging with our fitness sessions. We are a Husband and Wife Team with over 35 years combined experience and knowledge in the Health and Fitness Industry.

Since taking on fitness and personal training as a lifestyle and career, I have reached a whole new level of enthusiasm and dedication to health and fitness. I am committed to helping others achieve a level of fitness that improves their overall health and wellbeing as well as providing them with ongoing support, information and motivation to achieve their own personal goals.
I have been very fortunate to have been trained and educated by some of the leaders in the Fitness Industry, people such as Dr Paul Batman, Andrew Richardson, Dan McDonough, Christian Marchegiani, Sean McLean, Tony Watson, Chris Keogh, Darius Alligan, Justin Corcoran and Daniel Wilson just to name a few. I apologise if I have missed anyone.
I have been a running enthusiast for over 16 years and have participated in many Fun Runs and Obstacle Events. In 2010 I created the Team Addiction running group to enter events as a team and for fundraising for various charities. I also regularly run with my clients to help them achieve their own running goals in distances of 5klm to 42klms. I continue to lead by example and push myself to achieve new fitness targets. In 2013 I completed a long term goal of completing my first full Marathon at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon and backed it up again in 2014 and 2015. In October 2015 I ran The Bloody Long Walk 35km Challenge Sydney North Trail Course and in November 2016 I ran the Bloody Long Walk Sydney South Course. I have since completed both courses again in 2017 and 2018. This year my personal goal is to get more involved in trail running and have recently completed the UTA11.
Over the last few years I have become increasingly interested in the science behind High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for workouts less than 30 minutes. This has lead to the introduction of HIRT, Metafit , MetaPWR and now the new MetaPRO as alternative training methods.
I have become addicted to fitness as a way of life and I’m ready to challenge you and push you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Are you ready to Get Addicted too?
